Amapayipi afakwe ugesi

Ipayipi elifakwe ugesi liwuhlelo lwamapayipi olune-insulation yokushisa. Umsebenzi walo oyinhloko ukunciphisa ukulahleka kokushisa ngesikhathi sokuthuthwa kwezinto (njengamanzi ashisayo, umusi, namafutha ashisayo) ngaphakathi kwepayipi ngenkathi kuvikelwa ipayipi emathonyeni emvelo. Lisetshenziswa kabanzi ekufudumaleni kwezakhiwo, ekufudumaleni kwesifunda, kumakhemikhali kaphethroli, kubunjiniyela bomasipala, nakweminye imikhakha.

1. Isakhiwo Esiyinhloko

Izinto ezivamile zifaka i-polyurethane foam, uboya bedwala, uboya beglasi, kanye ne-polyethylene. I-polyurethane foam okwamanje iyisinqumo esivamile ngenxa yokushisa kwayo okuphansi kanye nokusebenza kwayo okuhle kakhulu kokuvimbela ukufudumala.

• Umgoqo Wangaphandle: Ungqimba oluvikelayo lwangaphandle luvikela ungqimba lokuvikela ekuswakameni, ekugugeni, nasekulimaleni kwemishini. Izinto ngokuvamile zifaka i-polyethylene enamandla kakhulu (i-HDPE), i-fiberglass, noma i-anti-corrosion coating.

II. Izinhlobo Eziyinhloko Nezimpawu

Ngokusekelwe ezintweni zokufaka ukushisa kanye nesimo sokusetshenziswa, izinhlobo ezivamile kanye nezici yilezi ezilandelayo:

• Ipayipi Elifakwe Ukushisa Le-Polyurethane: Ukushisa okuphezulu ≤ 0.024 W/(m·K), ukusebenza kahle kokushisa okuphezulu, ukumelana nokushisa okuphansi, kanye nokumelana nokuguga. Kufanelekela amapayipi amanzi ashisayo kanye nomusi anezinga lokushisa eliphakathi kuka--50°C no-120°C, kuyindlela ekhethwayo yokushisa okuphakathi kanye nezinhlelo zokushisa phansi.

• Ipayipi Elifakwe Ukushisa Loboya Be-Rockwool: Ukumelana nokushisa okuphezulu (kufika ku-600°C) kanye nesilinganiso esiphezulu somlilo (Isigaba A asishisi), kodwa ngokumuncwa kwamanzi amaningi, sidinga ukuvikela umswakama. Sisetshenziswa kakhulu kumapayipi okushisa aphezulu ezimbonini (njengamapayipi omusi webhoyila).

• Ipayipi Elifakwe Uboya Bengilazi Elifakwe Ukushisa: Elilula, elinokushisa okuhle kakhulu, kanye nokumelana nokushisa okusukela ku--120°C kuya ku-400°C, lifanele amapayipi anokushisa okuphansi (njengamapayipi abandayo anomoya) kanye nokushisa amapayipi ezakhiweni zomphakathi.

III. Izinzuzo Eziyinhloko

1. Ukonga Amandla Nokunciphisa Ukusetshenziswa: Kunciphisa ukulahleka kokushisa endaweni ephakathi nendawo, kunciphisa ukusetshenziswa kwamandla ekushiseni, ekukhiqizweni kwezimboni, nakwezinye izimo. Ukusetshenziswa kwesikhathi eside kunganciphisa kakhulu izindleko zokusebenza.

2. Ukuvikelwa Kwepayipi: Igobolondo langaphandle livikela emanzini, ukugqwala kwenhlabathi, kanye nomthelela womshini, okwandisa impilo yesevisi yepayipi futhi kunciphisa imvamisa yokugcinwa.

3. Ukusebenza Kwepayipi Elizinzile: Kugcina izinga lokushisa eliphakathi lizinzile ukuvimbela ukuguquguquka kwezinga lokushisa ukuthi kungathinti ukusebenza (isb., ukugcina izinga lokushisa langaphakathi lamapayipi okushisa kanye nokuqinisekisa ukuzinza kwenqubo yamapayipi ezimboni).

4. Ukufakwa Okulula: Amanye amapayipi afakwe umswakama alungiswa kusengaphambili, adinga uxhumano nokufakwa endaweni kuphela, okunciphisa isikhathi sokwakha futhi kunciphisa ubunzima.

IV. Izicelo Ezisebenzayo

• Umasipala: Amanethiwekhi okushisa asemadolobheni kanye namapayipi amanzi ompompi (ukuvimbela ukubanda ebusika).

• Ukwakhiwa: Amapayipi okushisa phansi ezakhiweni zokuhlala nezebhizinisi, kanye namapayipi okushisa nokupholisa aphakathi nendawo okupholisa umoya ophakathi.

• Izimboni: Amapayipi kawoyela ashisayo ezimbonini zikaphethiloli namakhemikhali, amapayipi omusi ezitshalweni zikagesi, kanye namapayipi aphakathi nendawo acwebezelayo kwezokuthutha ezibandayo.
